The work
Five example builds you can open right now.
Every one is a full working site: real photography, a working enquiry form, readable on a phone, and fast. Open them, scroll them, submit the forms. This is the standard, not a mockup of it.

Your trade isn't here?
These five cover the shapes most local businesses need. Tell me what you do and I'll show you the closest thing I've built.
These are demonstrations, not clients. Every business shown above is invented, and each site says so at the top of its own page. I'm new to this, and I would rather show you honest examples of what I can build than pretend to a client list I don't have yet.
Pricing
One price, paid once.
Quoted before anything starts, with half up front and the balance when the site goes live. You pay your domain and hosting providers directly, at their prices, so there's no monthly fee coming to me.

Only if you actually want it
What a domain and hosting actually cost you. A .com is roughly $11 a year, paid to the registrar. For most small business sites the hosting itself is free. Both are set up in your name, on your card, so you can take the whole thing elsewhere any day you like without asking me.
Already have a website?
Keep the reputation. Replace the website.
If your site was built years ago and hasn't been touched since, you don't need to start over as a business. You need the thing customers look at to catch up with the work you already do.
- Your email keeps working. Mail records are preserved when the hosting moves, so nothing goes dark mid-migration.
- Your old page addresses still work. Every one is redirected, so existing Google results and customer bookmarks keep landing in the right place.
- The "not secure" warning goes away. A proper HTTPS certificate, set up and renewing itself.
- It becomes usable on a phone. Which is where most people will find you.
A two minute check you can do right now
Open your own site on your phone. Do you have to pinch to zoom in to read it? Does the browser say "not secure"? Can somebody tap your number to call you? Are your hours and prices still right? If any answer is no, that's what a refresh fixes.
How it works
No jargon, no surprises.
We talk about your business
What you do, who calls you, and what you want somebody to do when they land on the page. Usually twenty minutes.
You get a fixed quote
In writing, listing what's included and what would count as extra, before any work starts. Half up front, half when it goes live.
I build it
Then you see it on a private link and tell me what to change. Changes are included, within the rounds listed in your package.
It goes live in your name
Domain and hosting set up on your accounts, with your logins. I hand you everything, including how to reach me if something breaks.
You own all of it, from day one
The domain is registered to you. The hosting account is yours. The files are yours. I don't hold anything hostage and there's no contract keeping you here.
If you ever want to move to somebody else, or take it in house, you can do it without a conversation with me. That's the point.
Get in touch
Tell me what you do.
No obligation and no sales call. Describe the business and I'll tell you honestly what I'd build, what it would cost, and whether you even need it.
